Initiating a Return:

  2. Go to the “Order History” section.
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.

Return Query for Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you’ve received a damaged product or if there’s an issue with your order, please raise your query within 2 days of receiving the product. Provide clear images and detailed information about the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process:
